Walking Weekend - Navigate the Itchen | 5 Miles

We will follow the Itchen Navigation down to St. Cross, supposedly the walk that inspired Henry de Blois to found its “Almshouse of Noble Poverty” in 1132 after meeting a peasant girl here who begged for his help. On our return we will pass the equally historic buildings of Winchester College.

We will have a short pause for a drink en route. Please bring supplies.
