Sunday Old Winchester Hill

We will walk east along West Meon Road towards Westbury House, then south towards Chappetts Farm and into Hen Wood.  Intersecting Halnaker Lane and walking south to join the South Downs Way to Hall Cottages, Whitewool Farm and the climb up towards Old Winchester Hill.  We traverse along the crest of Old Winchester Hill where we will have lunch.  After lunch we will continue on the South Downs Way to join the disused railway line to turn north back towards West Meon.
