Sunday 30 July 7 miles Up on the Downs

A walk involving the South Downs Way as far as Chilcomb, the firing ranges path around Deacon Hill (if the red flags are unexpectedly flying we will of course change the route!) and Twyford Down.  Some of the paths will probably be a little overgrown - beware nettles!  Chalky paths may be slippery if wet.
