A short walk in Chawton Park Woods

With a forecast of continuing wet weather, this walk is planned in the hope that there might be a sufficient break. The basic walk is all on a well-drained gravel track. There is an optional extension to the deer farm along a dirt path. As of Saturday, that was in good condition with minimal mud. We will take a view when we have seen the effect of the next few days of rain.

The walk is planned as an out-and-return so we can cut it short if the weather turns against us.
