Monday 12 June - 11.3 miles - Buriton

A hilly walk from Buriton, heading up the Milky Way, passing  Ditcham Park School and through woodland on West Harting Down before stopping for coffee at Ladyholt, hopefully surrounded by skylarks and wild flowers.🤞 We then proceed to Old Idsworth, passing ‘The Church in the Field’ before ascending to the ridge above Idsworth and Chalton Downs, for wonderful views, then descending to Chalton for a picnic lunch. We return to Buriton through the edge of Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Head Down Hanger.
