Itchen Valley Walk - 9 miles

A circular walk, starting at Couch Green, Martyr Worthy then looping North of Itchen Abbas along the Oxdrove Way, Itchen Wood and Three Castles Path and stopping at the Plough Inn, Itchen Abbas for lunch, before heading along the Itchen Way to Easton and returning to the start. via Martyr Worthy. 

A relatively easy walk mainly along tracks, with fine views.  There are no stiles and only one short stretch of mud when pre-walked, when a pole was helpful.  The first (limited) cover for a comfort stop is after approx 45 minutes.
