9 miles Chilbolton and Goodwood Clapford

This is a circular route of about 9 miles from Chilbolton to Goodworth Clatford. Parking is by the recycling bins at West Down off A3057 just beyond the turn off to Chilbolton  - nearest post code SO20 6AX. 

The walk is across Chilbolton Cow Common to Wherwell then through woodland , across the Hampshire Golf  Course and via the ford to Goodworth Clatford . Lunch will be at The Royal Oak then back along the river to Fullerton and the car park. There are no real problems except some paths are rather overgrown.
