8.5 miles Lymington

This is a flat, circular walk from Lymington Town railway station (or the Marina) taking 5.5miles in the morning to reach The Chequers Inn (Ridgeway Lane, Lower Woodside, Lymington) for lunch. After lunch the walk back is 3.5 miles along the coast, partly using the Solent Way. 
     For those close enough to Winchester Railway Station, the 9.30 train from Winchester to Lymington Town station will have your leader on it. It arrives at 10.20, (change at Brockenhurst). 
 If arriving by car park at the station or marina and meet at the nearby Ship Inn (The Quay, Quay Road SO41 3AY) at 10.30
    If lunching at the pub, please select your order from their website and let the leader know it by 6pm on Tuesday.
