8 miles Longparish

A figure-of-8 walk from the village hall car park in Longparish, 5 miles morning across fields away from the river (less mud!) and criss-crossing an old railway line back to the village for an optional pub lunch in The Plough Inn or picnic in the churchyard. The afternoon is barely 3 miles of paths around the village with more mud but splendid close-up views of the River Test (rare on the so-called Test Way).
