13 miles on The Itchen Way from Winchester to Cheriton

Walking the upper half of the iconic Itchen Way, from the Cathedral at Winchester to the river source Cheriton.  This walk along a world class chalk river makes for a wonderful day out, packed with natural and historic interest.

This is the second of two walks, the first from the river's mouth to Winchester on Monday 21 August, allowing for a complete walk of the Itchen Way.
