11+ East Meon

An 11 mile picnic walk. Climbing up from East Meon we join the South Downs Way to Butser Hill and then descend towards Ramsdean before continuing round to the north of East Meon.    Beautiful views in all directions of the South Downs.  Tracks, quiet lanes and field paths.  There are two steep ascents and a long downhill on chalk which can be slippery in wet weather.  Poles are recommended if you use them.  Only one stile!
